I come from a family with strong moral and spiritual values; consequently, I grew up placing greater faith in spirituality than in religious rituals. I believe in a practical form of Christianity—one that yields tangible results in terms of our health and harmony. I have spent years studying the Scriptures, with a particular focus on the teachings of Jesus. For the past 15 years, I have been studying and practicing Christian Science.
